Board of Directors
Purpose:
The Board of Directors are the official policy-making body for CLIC. It has the highest authority. The Board is legally responsible for CLIC decisions and finances. It is concerned with policy, planning, and strategic decisions. The Board adopts an annual budget and approves items significantly affecting member libraries financially. It also responds to issues presented to it by the Coordinating Council and the Executive Director. It may establish committees, task forces, etc. as necessary.
