Innovative User Group
The Innovative User Group is a support system for III ILS subscribers. It hosts a listserv and works closely with III (Innovative Interfaces Inc.) to help improve the ILS system. IUG members are encouraged to interact with the group, both in their local chapter (MNIUG) and internationally.
Submitting an Enhancement Request Instructions
All CLIC staff members are encouraged and welcome to submit Enhancement Requests throughout the year. The Enhancement Request process is the first step in implementing desired changes to the III ILS system software.
To complete the Enhancement Request Form:
- Go to IUG and authenticate.
- Find your Institution's Member number from the list.
- Complete the form.
- Submit.
2011 Enhancement Schedule
All requests submitted through December 17, 2010 will be part of the 2011 Enhancements cycle.
Here is the full schedule for this season:
- Friday, December 17, 2010 - Deadline for enhancements submissions at 5:00pm (PST)
- Monday, March 7, 2011- Final ballot published on IUG website and IUG voting starts
- Friday, April 1, 2011- IUG voting ends at 5:00pm (PST) - firm deadline. Ballot results posted to IUG website and sent to III
- April 13-16, 2011- IUG Conference
