The ASAs have completed their tasks.
The schedule for Tuesday, July 22, 2007is:
All times are APPROXIMATE!!!!!
7:30-9:30 am: Primary Upgrade.
9:30-11:30 am: CLICstaff, SysOPS and ASA Testing.
11:30-12:30pm: ASAs will log on Circulation for each institution.
Once testing is completed and Circulation is running at each institution institution, the ASAs will begin logging their institutions onto the system beginning with Macalester moving in ascending order, ending with UST.
Once you have been logged on and downloaded
the .jar files you can work normally.
Keep in mind you will be downloading new .jars and a new JAVA environment when you log into Millennium. If
you have any problems, please complete the Issue/Question
Form. Remember, the Issue/Question form goes to CLIC staff, ASAs, and
SYSOPS--so use the form for expediency. All issues will be addressed
as fast as possible. Emailed issues will be sent back to you with a request
for you to complete the form.
