Millennium Support Requests and “Report A Problem” web form

Starting on October 14, please use the CLIC “Report a Problem” form to submit all Millennium support requests, including reporting when Millennium is down at your institution. We will no longer have telephone support after Steve’s retirement.

Requests submitted to the “Report a Problem” form are automatically sent to the ASAs via the clic-problemlog list. The ASAs will triage incoming requests and will work together to resolve those that do not require Innovative’s assistance.
