CLIC Directory Add/Remove/Update Form
To add your name to the CLIC Directory, remove a name from the directory or make changes to your current contact information, please complete the following form.
CLIC Committe Mailing List Sign-Up Form
To add a staff member to a committee mailing list, use this link to have the name added. The new individual will receive a confirmation email once their name has been added.
CLIC Committee Google Site Sign-Up Form
To receive access to a Committee Google Site, send an email to CLIC Staff at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Make sure you tell us which site(s) you would like access to.
